Life is hectic as ever, trying to find any time to do anything at the moment other than my "home duties" is proving to be quite difficult. But...I am off to Singapore tomorrow for 5 days and I am going to take along my sampler quilt that I am working on. I wish i could take it on the plane to do...maybe i will just risk the needle and pack spare ones in my suit case!!!
My aim with this blog is a couple of things;
- to share my quilting journey. I am totally addicted to it already and have a list a mile long of things i want to do.
- to get a little more "with the times" and learn more than the basics of how to use a computer!!!
- to share our life with our family who are overseas...Dave is Irish so all his family is in Ireland and America, I have a sister in Lonson and we have friends all over the place!!
So, here's to my first blog. I will work on it and I will get better!! But for now, I am off to pack my suitcase and look forward to 5 days in Singapore!
